Plan:

Vs. U/W/x
(Cloudfin Raptor is easily Azorious Charmed and a blank late-game so he goes. Saving your counters for their only win-con's (Aetherling, Elspeth) is one way to go about this matchup. Another it to apply as much pressure as possible early in the game (make sure to diversify your creatures to keep D-Sphere from hurting) and leave up mana to counter a Sphinx's Revelation. Keeping Thassa offline can often a good plan with a Bident on the field because of Supreme Verdict. Drawing cards with Bident + Thassa and Jace should put you far enough ahead to win in this matchup)
-4 Cloudfin Raptor
-2 Cyclonic Rift
-1 Rapid Hybridization

+2 Negate
+2 Gainsay
+2 Aetherling
+1 Bident

Vs. Esper
(Always try to apply pressure, Thassa, Jace and Bident are all-stars in this matchup and post-board you should focus on countering their card drawing engines (Sphinx's Revelation and an out of control Jace) to keep them off of their superior late-game. You can land Bident and use Thassa to make a creature unblockable to draw cards and grind them out. This is probably our worst matchup so don't get discouraged if you lose)
-2 Tidebinder Mage
-2 Rapid Hybridization
-1 Cyclonic Rift
-4 Master of Waves

+2 Jace, Architect of Thought
+1 Bident
+2 Aetherling
+2 Negate
+2 Gainsay (don't want to flood on these)

Vs. G/R Devotion
(Polukranos is their biggest threat to us. Save Cyclonic Rift for overloading unless it's in response to a Polukranos Monstrosity. If Mistcutter Hydra's come in from their sideboard you shouldn't worry about stopping/countering it, just race it and be glad it wasn't Polukranos. RH can be used to make you a non-blue frog-lizard to block with if you need time. Using Claustrophobia on their Voyaging Satyr is a very valid play so try not to strictly save them for a late-game Stormbreath Dragon or something)
-4 Judge's Familiar
-2 Bident of Thassa

+2 Claustrophobia
+2 Rapid Hybridization
+2 Jace, Architect of Thought

Vs. Red Aggro
(Avoid as much early damage as you can by bouncing, tapping down, taking and shrinking their creatures. Then try to stabilize at a life total that's relatively out of burn range, barring a hand full of Fanatics and Strikes)
-2 Bident of Thassa
-4 Judge's Familiar

+2 Claustrophobia
+2 Jace, Architect of Thought
+1 Domestication
+1 Rapid Hybridization

Vs. Mono Black
(Thassa = Win. Apply enough pressure so that paying life for their Underworld Connections or Thoughtseize becomes a liability. Bringing in permanents that can survive all of their numerous removal spells is a great way to get Thassa online and swinging. It's also a great way to win a Nightveil Specter showdown. Jace is a trap in this matchup as their creatures outclass him and we need to impact the board and be aggressive ASAP. Master of Waves is a huge removal target but sometimes can win a game late so we cut half)
-2 Jace, Architect of Thought
-2 Master of Waves

+1 Domestication
+2 Claustrophobia
+1 Bident of Thassa
(Optional: -1 Master of Waves ----- +1 Rapid Hybridization)

Vs. Mono U (mirror)
(Master of Waves and Thassa are all stars in this matchup so mulligan accordingly. Gainsay obviously rocks as well and is best used countering the previously mentioned cards. Familiar is outclassed, Frostburn get's tapped by tidebinder and Bident is way too awkward in the matchup. You want to be hurting them with unblockable creatures instead of drawing cards)
-4 Judge's Familiar
-4 Frostburn Weird
-2 Bident of Thassa

+3 Gainsay
+2 Domestication
+2 Claustrophobia
+1 Rapid Hybridization
+2 Jace, Architect of Thought

Vs. White Aggro (boros, orzhov)
(Brave the Elements, Banisher Priest and Soldier of the Pantheon are rough. Leave up Mutavault, Rift or Hybridization in case of a Brave and make sure you can survive the backswing, Tidebinder mage is best for trading with Soldier of the Pantheon and Master of Waves is a Banisher Priest magnet so load the board early and hope they use it on something else.)
-3 Judge's Familiar
-2 Bident of Thassa

+1 Cyclonic Rift
+2 Rapid Hybridization
+2 Jace, Architect of Thought

Vs. R/W Devotion
(This deck gives us trouble. It's extremely powerful and uses non interactive ways of killing us (fanatic's etc...) Overloading mizzium mortars is done on a regular basis with Nykthos and their creatures can swarm ours as they are bigger and cheaper. But our creatures fly, so use that to your advantage. While your at it, use their creatures to your advantage as well in games 2 and 3 with Domestication)
-2 Bident of Thassa
-2 Jace, Architect of Thought
-1 Judge's Familiar

+2 Claustrophobia
+2 Domestication
+1 Rapid Hybridization
