Une série d'illustrations promotionnelles ont été réalisées pour les éditions Kamigawa : Neon Dynasty et Kamigawa : Neon Dynasty : Commander Decks, autour des cartes Greasefang, Okiba Boss, Ao, the Dawn Sky, Kairi, the Swirling Sky, Junji, the Midnight Sky, Atsushi, the Blazing Sky, Kura, the Boundless Sky, The Wandering Emperor, Kaito Shizuki, Boseiju, Who Endures, Chishiro, the Shattered Blade et Kotori, Pilot Prodigy.
Le personnage de Greasefang, Okiba Boss ainsi que sa moto, dont un modèle similaire est également figuré sur Okiba Reckoner Raid et sa transformation Nezumi Road Captain, est un hommage à Kaneda et sa moto dans le film d'animation Akira (voir aussi cette anecdote).
Les cartes High-Speed Hoverbike, Greasefang, Okiba Boss, Okiba Reckoner Raid, Nezumi Road Captain et Okiba-Gang Shinobi sont inspirées du phénomène japonais des "Bosozoku", des gangs de motards à l'organisation très codifiée, pilotant des "Kaizosha", motos customisées, et respectant un code vestimentaire comprenant des vestes ornées de slogans, et des blasons.
