Your english is better than my french :P The only sentences I remembered from my french classes are "Je ne parlez pas francais", "Je voudrait une baguette", and "Ou secour, ou secour! Un serpent, un serpent!". I don't even know if I spelled that correctly :D
Anyway, with 12 one-mana cantrips, 17 Islands is more than enough. Oona's Grace is expensive, but once you got your loop going with multiple High Tides and Psychic Puppetries, it's the only common that can draw you out of a deadlock.
I have considered Sift Through Sands instead, just because it draws you two cards, ditches an Island, and can be spliced unto.
The weakest card in my build is Serum Visions. The scry isn't really useful in this deck, and it hurts that the first card you draw is blind. Words of Wisdom and/or Sift Through Sands might be better in that spot. You should be careful though, since cutting too many one-mana cantrips hurts the deck, you want to get to those Islands in the early game (and avoid them later on).
I really encourage you to try out Stream of Consciousness. Shuffling back Ideas Unbound and Peer Through Depths (or even Ponder) is brilliant.
For a while I played Evermind in the deck, that might be a good one-off as well. In general the card is horrible, but it does keep the cards coming once you're getting out of gas. It's really important to draw multiple cards in this deck! (That's why I'm considering to put back Words of Wisdom...)
